Subito Technologies Announces Record Growth
April 14, 2005 Subito Technologies announced today a 183% increase in revenue for the first quarter of 2005, compared to the corresponding period of 2004. The revenue results, and dramatic reduction in liabilities, make the first quarter of 2005 the strongest quarter in Subito Technologies’ history.
Michael Gondek, President & Chief Executive Officer of Subito Technologies attributed the record revenue results to an increase in new license sales and an increased demand for Subito’s consulting and development services.
Gondek stated that the financial outlook for the remainder of 2005 appeared promising as the company was beginning to experience significant market traction with its web application.

Industry Veteran Appointed Chief Financial Officer
February 23, 2005 Subito Technologies announced today the appointment of Carl Stutz as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Stutz joins the management team with a wide range of experience in both operations and finance, at technology companies including Brooks Automation, CMGi, and Computervision Corporation. “Carl Stutz is a proven leader with substantial experience helping companies like ours successfully manage their growth,” praised Subito CEO Michael Gondek. “We are very pleased to bring on someone with his experience and strategic insight as we widen our revenue base and attract additional investment into the company.”
Mr. Stutz possesses a BSE in Civil Engineering from Princeton University, an MS is Operations Research from Columbia University, and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
